Servies and Fees**:
Home Watch*/Visit:
Once per month – $35.00 per month
Twice per month – $65.00 pre month (recommend)
Weekly – $110.00 per month
Post Storm Inspection of your Home – $65.00 (includes photos)
Pre-Arrival Cleaning – $150.00
Departure Cleaning – $200.00
*Basic Services include:
- Check all doors, windows, and locks
- Check interior for any signs of mold, mildew, unusual and/or damp odors
- Check under sink pipes and hot water heater for leaks
- Check air and humidistat settings.
- Check for any visible signs of insects or rodents within the home
- Check lanai
- Start and run vehicle if requested
Auto Watch/Visit:
Start the car & Visual inspection of condition of car – additional $5.00 per visit
Drive the car & check air conditioner – additional $10.00 per visit
**All Services and Fees are based upon homes/condos less then 2600 sq ft.. For homes of larger homes, please contact us for pricing. Currently our Home Watch Services are offered in Naples, Bonita, and Fort Myers.
